STRUCTURE
• rebated, inverted or non-rebated door leaf
• inner MDF frame covered with two HDF sheets

sheet

DESIGN
• HDF board covered with PREMIUM or CPL foil
• the edges of the door leaf are made with standard rebated or non-rebated technology
In the case of CPL 0.2 laminate, glued with ABS edge, only in the color of the door leaf or
standard black side panel for an additional charge
• reversed door leaf only with STANDARD edge and PREMIUM and ST CPL decor
• the edge of the door leaf is in the color of the surface or optionally in plain black (in the
CROSS-GRILLED NATURAL OAK PREMIUM VERSION the edge of the door leaf is black
cross-grained) In the case of black color, the edges are glued along the edge (two vertical and upper),
as well as at the glass.
• The rebated and non-rebated BALDUR 1 door leaf is only made with WHITE ST CPL decor
optionally with soft technology (the longitudinal joining edge of the films is not visible), which requires the use of a full sheet at an additional cost. The soft technology is not included in the PL2112 standard. • the lower part of the BALDUR 1 sliding door systems has a visible 17 mm aluminum or black profile

HARDWARE
• three roll-up pin hinges in the rebated door leaf
• three concealed hinges in the non-rebated door leaf and two silver-coloured (optionally
for an additional charge
black) hinges (third for an additional charge) in the reversed door leaf;
the hinge is delivered and priced with the door frame
• deadbolt lock in the rebated door leaf, magnetic lock in the non-rebated door leaf (optionally
deadbolt lock): with key lock, lock insert, secondary lock or bathroom lock mechanism
in silver; optionally black or gold magnetic lock for an additional charge
• magnetic lock in the reversed door leaf: with key lock, lock insert, secondary lock or
with bathroom lock mechanism in silver; optionally available for an additional charge, black or
gold magnetic lock

GLAZING
• BALDUR 1, 3 tempered milky white 8 mm glass or glued and tempered at an additional cost
VSG/ESG 441 safety glass, smooth on both sides in milky white or black
glass
• BALDUR 9 NEW glass, 4 mm thick, black, flush with the door leaf surface on both sides
• visual width of the glass: BALDUR 1 and 9 50 mm, BALDUR 3 210 mm EXTRA OPTIONS AT AN EXTRA CHARGE
