GENERAL INFORMATION
• Sound insulation performance of FORTECA outward or inward opening security door
Rw=38 dB, security class according to Polish standard PN EN 1627:2012: RC2 or
RC3, mechanical strength class: 5.
• The door is available in GOLD and SILVER packages with possible
installation and steel frame.
• The door is intended for use as an interior entrance door.
STRUCTURE
• wooden frame element covered with glued HDF panels
• filling with special full sheet
• the entire door leaf is reinforced with steel sheet
• door leaf thickness 46 mm

DESIGN
• the edge of the door leaf is made using STANDARD technology (0.2 and 0.7 CPL
in the case of laminate, glued with ABS edge, only in the color of the door leaf or with a standard black side panel for an additional charge
)
• inlays (marquetry) color: 8 mm or 50 mm wide on both sides of the door leaf,
brushed steel, black, brushed gold or OAK CLASSIC CPL flush with the door, p. 96-103.
• edges in the color of the leaf or optionally in plain black (in the CROSS-GRILLED
NATURAL OAK PREMIUM version, the edge of the door leaf is black cross-grained)
• HDF board covered with GREKO, PREMIUM or CPL foil
• side and top panels glued to the wall (only in the case of wall-mounted door frame and 8 cm buckle

HARDWARE
• four 2-pin silver hinges ∅16, with 3D regulation (with 2D steel door frame)
• four-point security lock as standard with two inserts
• four anti-lift devices on the hinge side
• possibility of using a lever door closer
• keyhole distance of the lower lock 92 mm

FIXED REBATED DOOR FRAME
• fixed door frame made of wood, covered with MDF board.
In the case of FORTECA RC3, it is reinforced from the inside with a steel skirting board on the closing plate side.
• installation size range: 90-450 mm, every 40 mm
• adjustable main latch in the frame and two adjustable latches on the for hooks and additional lock

GOLD / GOLD black PACKAGE
• The FORTECA door offered in the GOLD PACKAGE is assembled with an integrated steel or wooden threshold and a
multi-point lock, as well as ready-made holes for the installation of the handle and
lock address. They are equipped with a peephole (drilling the hole yourself) and certified
anti-burglary handles and inserts, in silver or, for an additional charge, in black in the GOLD package.

SILVER PACKAGE
• The FORTECA door leaf in the
SILVER PACKAGE
is assembled with a steel or wooden threshold and a
multi-point lock. It is recommended to select the certified peephole and fittings from the ERKADO range or from other external companies, paying attention to the important information regarding the preservation of the security class (p. 120).
