HERSE MAX SET 28 AKUSZTIKUS

GENERAL INFORMATION
• The HERSE MAX SET door is intended to be used as an indoor entrance door for public and residential buildings (does not apply to the “80N” width).
• The sound insulation performance of the HERSE SET and MAX SET door leaf with fixed and adjustable door frame is Rw = 30 dB or Rw = 32 dB and Rw = 39 dB for all available threshold types.
• The HERSE SET and MAX SET doors in the standard AKUSTIC 39 dB PL version can have a heat transfer coefficient of Ud <= 1.3 W/m2K for the “90E” or “100” widths for an additional charge (not applicable to steel door frame versions).
• The HERSE SET and MAX SET doors offered in the GOLD and SILVER PACKAGE assembled,
with built-in threshold, and in the GOLD package it is equipped with holes for the installation of the handle and the upper
rose.
• HERSE MAX SET doors are only available in PREMIUM decor: WALNUT, GREY MAPLE,
OAK, WHITE BARK, GRAPHITE ASH, CONCRETE, NATURAL OAK, CROSS-BORDER NATURAL
OAK, WALNUT CLASSIC PREMIUM

STRUCTURE
• wooden door frame for Rw = 32 dB and Rw = 39 dB or MDF board for Rw = 30 dB covered with two HDF
boards
• filling with special full board
• reinforcement with solid steel U-shaped section for Rw = 30 dB and Rw = 32 dB and additional steel plate for Rw = 39 dB
• door leaf thickness 46 mm
• additional seal in the door leaf only for Rw = 32 dB and Rw = 39 dB

DESIGN
• Door leaf edge made with STANDARD technology
• CPL 0.2 and 0.7 laminate is available in STANDARD edge, which is only in the color of the door leaf
covered with ABS edge, or for an additional charge with standard black edge (not available for HERSE MAX SET)
• color of inserts (marquetry): 8 mm or 50 mm wide on both sides of the door leaf,
brushed steel, black, brushed gold, brushed copper or OAK CLASSIC CPL flush with the
door, p. 96-103. (not available for HERSE MAX SET)
• STANDARD edges in the color of the door leaf or optionally in plain black (in the
CROSS-GRILLED NATURAL OAK PREMIUM version the door leaf edge is black
cross-grained)
• factory-shortened by max. 8 cm at an additional cost
• can be ordered with a bottom lock only
• side and top panels glued to the wall (only for the adjustable frame with 8 cm skirting) – p. 152 and panels integrated with the frame p. 153

HARDWARE
• three pieces of two-pin silver hinges ∅16 with 3D adjustment (with 2D steel door frame)
• two locks, three class 2 anti-picking devices on the lock insert (only the bottom
lock option can also be selected in the price)
• three anti-picking devices on the hinge side
• possibility of using a lever door closer
• Bottom lock keyhole distance 72 mm
• optionally a roller pin lock for two inserts is available for an additional charge

REBATED FIXED AND ADJUSTABLE WIDTH DOOR FRAME
• Fixed wooden door frame for Rw = 32 dB and Rw = 39 dB, or MDF board for Rw = 30 dB
• Only in the case of the lower lock, an electric lock can be installed in the door frame; this excludes the installation of the
upper lock in the door leaf.
• The main latch is adjustable in the door frame
• The 80N width is only available on a fixed frame
• In the GOLD and SILVER packages for the PREMIUM and CPL decoration, the door frame
color can be changed to BLACK ST CPL
